How do the writer's reveal character by dialogue and action for Jack, Kate, Hurley, Boone and Shannon?- he rvealed hem by the way they talked and what they would be doing like for boone "getting a "no service" signal on his cell phone" he also seems kind of nerviouse by the way he is talking. 
Compare the way Hurley talks to the way Jack talks. hurley talks like what ever he seems to not care but shocked at the same time and jack he is more seriouse of wht he is doing.
 What does this reveal about them? this reaveals that they all are different but manage to work together .
